Discover The Six Stages Of Disease And How To Beat It

Oftentimes we struggle to understand why ‘all of a sudden’ we experience a crisis in our body temple. In this day & age of a ‘pill for every ill’ we neglect to give due attention to the warning signs that our bodies give to let us know  something is not right and needs our attention and concentrated focus.

Beginning stages start with milder symptoms, gradually progressing to stronger ones. It usually goes undetected until some type of irritation or inflammation occurs. During this progression is when you typically mask the symptoms with over-the-counter drugs and go on about your day, mistakenly believing that since the symptoms are gone, the situation is improving, when it actually is allowing the disease to progress.

For women with fibroids, ovarian cysts and endometriosis, it’s even more important that we sit up and pay attention to these stages as you can see (already being in the Fibrosis stage) what eventually follows (cancer). The good news is that, armed with this knowledge, you have time to act now with preventative care.

If you’d like to read more about each individual stage and its symptoms, you can read this article. The author has separated the irritation and inflammation stages (I have combined them on my chart) and so list seven stages of disease, but the information is still right on the money. Be Well.
